First, put dsound.dll and ScriptHook.dll in the main directories of the games IV and EFLC to make the games modable.

The names of the folders will show you where to replace the files.

Work only with the last patches 1.1.2.0 (eflc) and 1.0.7.0 (IV)!!!

The games must be clean no moded, except car's mods, trainers, SMAA, FXAA... etc., in brief - without visual changes mods and ENB or icehancer!!!

DON'T FORGET TO MAKE A BACK UP OF THE ORIGINAL FILES!!!

With Lights Coronas (the light around all lapms, car lights, billboards ... etc) folder: If you want Lights coronas during daytime use the files from this folder (this influence of the performance a little).

SWEET FX:

Copy and paste all folders and files (11 total) in the main directories of the games IV and EFLC.
Only color sharpening folder - If you don't want performance loss, only color sharpening without AA, copy and paste the file from this folder in the root folder of the game.
AA and Cloor sharpening folder - AA + color sharpening, this will cost you a little performace loss (I recomend it), copy and paste the file from this folder in the root folder of the game.
Default is with AA + color sharpening!!!

PERFORMANCE TIPS:

When you install mods like this You must:
1.Delete GTAIV savegames files and settings files from here c:users/pc name/AppData/Local/Rockstar Games/GTA IV - About that, you must have Adminidtrator rights and ability to view hidden files and folders!
2.And start new game (that's why R* patches delete savegames, because is needed fresh save files about the changes).

Popping textures solution:

Manny people use commands like: -nomemrestrict; -avalaiblevidmem 2.5; -norestriction ... etc,
and then they think that everything is fine: there is no missing textures, no lags, but this's not correct,
after restart the PC, the problems come back.

So the best way is to use commandline txt document with -memrestrict inside and -reservedApp 0 (for 64 bit OC).

If you have 64 bit OC - Create text document in gta (IV/EFLC) root folders with name commandline.
Just right click with mouse and select create New text document, it's the same and with 32 bit OC but don't use -reservedApp 0.

Example for patch 1.0.7.0; win7 64 bit OC:

memory usage 100; 200; 300; ... etc
100- code is 250000000
200 - 350000000
300 - 450000000
400 - 550000000
500 - 650000000 ... etc
And mandatory with -reservedApp 0 (This doesn't work with 32 bit OC).

Finished, 600 memory, 64 bit OC usage:
Name of the txt file: commandline and inside:

-memrestrict 750000000
-reservedApp 0

32 bit OC:

memory usage 100; 200; 300; ... etc
100- code is 107857600
200 - 211715200
300 - 317572800

Finished, 600 memory usage:
Name of the txt file: commandline and inside:

-memrestrict 699145600

When you are ready with commandline then go in C:users/pc name/AppData/Local/Rockstargames and delete everything in savegame folders and everything in Settings folder.
Start the game, make your graphics settings according with memory usage in commandline. Start new game.

GOD BLESS THE CREATORS OF SWEET FX.
CREDITS TO THEM!!!
